CAMILLA FANT, R&D MANAGER
PhD in surface biotechnology, Göteborg University 2002, and M.Sc. in chemistry, Göteborg University 1997. The thesis work focus on surface chemical behavior and cross-linking of proteins isolated from the byssus thread of the blue mussel. Post doc. position at Chalmers University of Technologi, 2003-2005. Present employment since 2005 and R&D manager since 2006.
JOSEFINE CEDERFUR, PROCESS SPECIALIST
M.Sc. in chemistry with a broad experience in industrial bioseparation and purification techniques. Has held positions as: Research engineer at Technology Center, Akzo Nobel Industrial Coatings AB, Protein Chemist at Structural Chemistry Laboratory, AstraZeneca and Laboratory technician at Process Sciences, Biovitrum AB.
CHRISTIAN EWERT, BOARD MEMBER
Master of Economics and Business Administration, University of Gothenburg. Working experience (25 years) within the Medical Device industry in the companies SCA Hygiene Products, Mölnlycke Health Care and Astra Tech (Astra Zeneca) and have held positions such as Divisional Manager with global responsibility for Wound Care, Senior Vice President for Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), Managing Director for Switzerland, Germany and the UK and presently as Divisional Manager with global responsibility for Health Care at Astra Tech.
CLAES A. ANKARCRONA, BOARD MEMBER
Has a banking background having worked with Stockholms Enskilda Bank, in Stockholm and New York and Chemical Bank (now J.P. Morgan Chase) in New York, Brussels and Zurich. He was President of The Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in New York and has since the 1980:s been active in asset management and private equity. He holds and has held a number of directorships in a variety of companies. He has a MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Since 1977 he resides in Switzerland.
NICLAS SONTAGH, BOARD MEMBER
Master of Business and Economics, Degree in Law. Former investment banker and advisor to the Rothschilds Group for the Scandinavian countries. Advisor to tech- and meditech start ups. Cofounder and partner of Landsort Care AB, a real estate investment vehicle. Board assignments in tech, meditech and real estate companies.
PETER WIKSTRÖM, DEPUTY MEMBER
Civilekonom, University of Lund. Formerly Senior Advisor Nordea Securities Corporate Finance, following Nordea´s acquisition of Maizels Westerberg & Co which Peter cofounded in 1992. 1985-1992 Peter was a Director of Enskilda Securities and between 1978 -1985 CFO of Kooperativa Förbundet. In the seventies Peter served in various positions at Hambros Bank and The Toronto Dominion Bank in London. Currently serving as Chairman in Ando AB and Ismundbacken AB.
